Accord 6.0 is for BSS and non-BSS students in classes VI to XI (ages 11 to 17). Parents, teachers and other guests can register too. A full two-night pass is PKR 3,500 per person; a concert-only ticket for 21 November is PKR 2,500 per person. The price is worked out by our system from the pass you choose and the number of people, not from anything sent by your browser.
You need an account to register. When you register, your place is pending. It is confirmed only when an organiser has checked your payment (a photo of your JazzCash or bank transfer receipt, or the cash itself) and you have received a confirmation email. Until then your registration is an expression of interest, not a reservation. We may reject a receipt that is unreadable, does not match the amount due, or appears to have been altered. refund and cancellation policy to be confirmed by Beaconhouse
Once your payment is confirmed, each person gets their own QR ticket (a group leader gets one for every person in the group). A ticket admits one person, once. Staff scan it at the gate and may ask to see a student card or ID and ask for details such as the name it is under or who booked it. We may refuse entry if a ticket has already been used, is not valid, or its details do not match the person presenting it. Please do not share your ticket: whoever is scanned first is let in, and a copy does not give a second entry.
Keep your password private and use an email address you control. You can delete your account yourself until your payment is confirmed. After that we keep the record of the payment and the tickets, and you would need to contact us to have them removed.
We reserve the right to carry out reasonable security/bag checks at entry and to refuse or remove entry for unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behaviour. Please follow venue staff instructions at all times.
Line-up, schedule, and module/activity details may change from what's shown on this site, including for reasons outside our control. We'll communicate material changes where we can.
Accord 6.0 may be photographed or filmed for future promotional use (this site, social media, recruitment materials). By attending, you may appear in this footage. If you'd rather not be featured, let event staff know on the day.
The tiers on our sponsorship page describe typical entitlements. A sponsorship isn't final until confirmed in writing between your organization and the Accord 6.0 organizing committee.
Attend at your own risk with respect to ordinary event hazards (crowds, noise, weather for any outdoor portions). We're not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
