Terms

• Your place is only confirmed once an organiser has checked your payment and emailed you. Until then it is pending.
• Each person gets their own QR ticket that admits one person, once. Staff may check a student card or ID at the gate, and entry can be refused if a ticket was already used or the details do not match.
• We may carry out bag checks at entry, and refuse or remove anyone who is unsafe, breaks the law or is disruptive.
• The line-up, schedule and activities can change.
• You may appear in photos and video of the event that we use to promote Accord 6.0. Tell event staff on the day if you would rather not.
• You attend at your own risk, and we are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged belongings.

Privacy

• We store your name, your email, your password (scrambled, so nobody can read it), your registration, your payment receipt photo and your tickets.
• We use it to run your account, check your payment, email you and run the event. We do not sell it, and there are no advertising trackers on this site.
• The committee members who check payments can see your registration and receipt. When gate staff scan a ticket they see the name on it, who booked it (with the email mostly hidden) and who else is on the booking, so they can check it is you.
• Cloudflare and EmailJS handle your information for us, to run the site and send emails, and their servers may be outside Pakistan.
• You can download your data or delete your account from your Account page. Once your payment is confirmed we keep that record, and you would need to contact us to delete it.
• If you are under 18, we encourage you to register with a parent, guardian or teacher knowing about it.
