Who this covers

This policy covers information collected through the Accord VI website (this site) and its registration and sponsorship forms. Accord VI is a student event organized by Beaconhouse at its Cantt Campus, Multan. "We" / "us" below refers to the Accord VI organizing committee.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us directly when you fill in the registration or sponsorship form:

• Name and email address
• Whether you're an attendee, a sponsor, or reaching out for another reason
• For attendees: school/group name and approximate number of people attending
• For sponsors: company or brand name
• Anything you write in the message field

We don't use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your inquiry, coordinate attendance or sponsorship logistics, and follow up about Accord VI. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

The Accord VI organizing committee and relevant Beaconhouse staff involved in running the event (for example, for attendee lists or venue coordination). We don't share it with outside companies except where necessary to run the event itself.

If you're under 18

Accord VI is open to students aged 12 and up. If you're registering as a minor, we encourage doing so with a parent, guardian, or teacher's awareness. A parent or guardian can contact us at any time to review or remove a minor's information.

How long we keep it

For as long as it's useful for organizing this year's event and following up afterward, then it's deleted unless you've asked us to keep it for a future edition.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — contact us using the details below.
